A greatly anticipated annual event in West Point, MS and the surrounding area is the Prairie Arts Festival.
The Prairie Arts Festival is held each year on the Saturday before Labor Day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in historic downtown West Point, Mississippi. With over 300 vendors including fine arts, handmade crafts, down-home southern cooking, and Kidtown, live music around every street corner and a 5K race there is something for the whole family to enjoy. The Prairie Arts Festival is a long time tradition for the community of West Point and visitors alike on Labor Day weekend.
